How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Big Mac Smash Tacos
(Bana's Way)

Prep time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 10 mins

​Ingredients:

8 small tortillas

500g lean ground beef

8 slices of low-fat cheese

Iceberg lettuce 

Dill pickles

1 Onion

1 Tomato

Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp pickle juice

1 tsp dijon mustard 

1 tsp white vinegar

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt 

Pepper

  1. In a bowl add the lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and ground spice and mix it together.

  2. Add chopped onion to the beef mixture and mix it well.

  3. Take hand-palm sizes spheres of the ground beef, and smush them down on the tortilla bread until it is a thin layer covering the bread.

  4. In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, and cook each side of the tortilla bread for 2 mins.

Dressing 

  1. Add the ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl, then add the onion powder, and salt and mix until coherent. (edit)

Assembling:

  1. On the taco, add the chopped lettuce, tomato, pickles, and dressing and close it in half.

  2. For more carbs, you can put potato cubes which are cooked in the air-fryer and this would enhance the flavor.
