Big Mac Smash Tacos
(Bana's Way)

​Ingredients:
8 small tortillas
500g lean ground beef
8 slices of low-fat cheese
Iceberg lettuce
Dill pickles
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

In a bowl add the lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and ground spice and mix it together.

Add chopped onion to the beef mixture and mix it well.

Take hand-palm sizes spheres of the ground beef, and smush them down on the tortilla bread until it is a thin layer covering the bread.

In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, and cook each side of the tortilla bread for 2 mins.
Dressing

Add the ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl, then add the onion powder, and salt and mix until coherent. (edit)

Assembling:

On the taco, add the chopped lettuce, tomato, pickles, and dressing and close it in half.

For more carbs, you can put potato cubes which are cooked in the air-fryer and this would enhance the flavor.
