How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Hard-Boiled Egg Sandwich

(Bana's Way)

Prep time: 2 mins

Cooking time: 10 mins

​Ingredients:

1 gluten-free bread

1 lettuce leaf

1 slice of tomato

1 hard-boiled egg

Salt

Pepper

chili flakes (optional)

  1. Boil water so we can use it to cook the eggs

  2. In a small pot, add the boiling water and some vinegar.

  3. Get two eggs out of the fridge, and wait for them to become room temperature.

  4. When it starts boiling, add the 2 eggs into the water.

  5. When bubbles form, start a 10-minute timer for the eggs.

  6. Meanwhile, cut the gluten-free bread in half.

  7. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes.

  8. Cut the tomato into slices, and add two to the bread.

  9. Add the lettuce to the bread as well.

  10. After the timer is done, wash the eggs in cold water, then peel them.

  11. Cut it into circles, and add salt and pepper, chili if you prefer, then add it to the bread with the tomato and lettuce.

  12. Close the sandwich, and enjoy with a warm cup of tea!
