How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Keto Burgers (Bana's Way)

Prep time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

​Ingredients:

500g lean ground beef

1 tbsp mustard

½ tbsp black pepper

½ tbsp salt

2 tbsps light mayonnaise

1 tbsps ketchup

1 ½ tbsp diced pickles

Lettuce 

2 low-calorie Keto buns

  1. In a bowl, add the lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and mustard and mix it in more thoroughly.

  2. Heat up the oven to 180°C and place the shelf in the middle.

  3. Separate the beef mixture into even balls, and arrange them in a cooking tray

  4. Put the patties in the burger patty smasher to make sure all the sides are even and have the same thickness.

  5. Put the cooking tray in the oven, and cook it for 10 mins on each side.

  6. While the patties are in the oven, open your burger buns in half, and put them on an Electric grill to give them more crunch and flavor.

Dressing:

  1. In a small bowl, add the ketchup, mayonnaise, diced pickles, and salt and mix.

Assembling:

  1. Firstly, add the sauce onto the bun, then add lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, two burger patties, more sauce, then close it.

  2. For the burger to be coherent, smush the two sides together. so all the juices come out.

  3. Enjoy!
