How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Fried Rice 
(Bana's Way)

Prep time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

​Ingredients:

1 onion 

1 garlic clove

¼  red bell pepper

¼ yellow bell pepper

½ red chilli

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp pepper

1 egg

  1. Add olive oil to a pan on high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until they turn soft.

  2. Add the yellow and red capsicum, red chili, mushrooms, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir for about 5-10 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked.

  3. Transfer the vegetables to a plate, and add olive oil to the same pan.

  4. Crack the egg onto the pan, and cook it.

  5. Add the egg on top of the vegetable mixture, and enjoy with more chili flakes!
