How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Green Goddess Salad (Bana's Way)

Prep time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

​Ingredients:

Cabbage

Cucumbers 

Red onion

 

Dressing:

2 garlic cloves

1 shallot

Chives

Juice of 2 lemons

¼ cup olive oil

Handful of cashews

1 avocado

2 tsp of salt

Handful parmesan cheese

  1. Cut the cabbage, cucumber, and onion into small cubes and add them to a big bowl.

  2. In a blender. add garlic, oil, lemon juice, chives, avocado, cashews, salt, and the shallot and mix until smooth.

  3. To assemble, put the vegetables into a big bowl, and add the dressing on top of it. 

  4. Mix until it's all thoroughly combined and enjoy!

  5. (Optional) you can eat this salad with chips, and use it as a type of dip.
