How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!
Green Goddess Salad (Bana's Way)
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15-20 mins

​Ingredients:
Cabbage
Cucumbers
Red onion
Dressing:
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
Chives
Juice of 2 lemons
¼ cup olive oil
Handful of cashews
1 avocado
2 tsp of salt
Handful parmesan cheese

Cut the cabbage, cucumber, and onion into small cubes and add them to a big bowl.

In a blender. add garlic, oil, lemon juice, chives, avocado, cashews, salt, and the shallot and mix until smooth.

To assemble, put the vegetables into a big bowl, and add the dressing on top of it.

Mix until it's all thoroughly combined and enjoy!

(Optional) you can eat this salad with chips, and use it as a type of dip.
