How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Apple Cinnamon Crepes 
(Bana's Way)

Prep time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 30 mins 

 

​Ingredients:

½ cup oat flour

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ lactose milk

1 banana

½ tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp vanilla extract

Oil

Apple filling:

3 apples

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp lactose-free milk

½ tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp cornstarch

1 tsp cinnamon

  1. Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir using a whisk.

  2. Add all the wet ingredients, excluding oil, to a blender

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  4. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, add the oil to a non-stick pan. over medium heat.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, and spread it using the back of the laddle. Cook for 2-4 mins for each side. Typically, the batter will thicken, so add more milk as you go.

  6. For the apple filling, add the remaining ingredients into the pan and stir it without any heat then turn the heat on and bring it to a boil/ 

  7. Place a few tsp into the crepes and roll them up.

  8. Enjoy!
