How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Granola Smoothie Bowl
(Bana's Way)

Prep time: 3 mins

Cooking time: 5 mins

​Ingredients:

½ cup frozen strawberries

¼ cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

Splash of milk

1 tbsp honey

1/2 cup homemade granola

​

  1. In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, and frozen blueberries.

  2. While blending, add a splash of milk to help speed up the process, then add a tsp of honey.

  3. Blend until there are no clumps, and add to a small bowl

  4. For more flavour, add granola, prefferably homemade (click here for the recipe)

  5. (Tip!) Add more honey on top as the frozen fruit may not have as much flavor as normal fruits, so the usual sweetness would be less concentrated.

  6. Lastly, Enjoy!
