How to Make this? Here is a step-by-step guide!

Yogurt Granola Cups (Bana's Way)

Prep time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

​Ingredients:

Base cup:

2 bananas 

2 cups oats

¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder

1-2 tsp maple syrup

 

Filling:

1 cup greek yogurt

2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

Strawberries

Blueberries 

  1. Mash the bananas, then add the oats, cacao powder, and maple syrup and stir till combined.

  2. Press the mixture into a small cupcake pan, but make sure it is greased before.

  3. Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes.

  4. While they cool down, begin the filling mixture.

  5. Mix the Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and maple syrup.

  6. Start adding dollops of the filling into the base cup, and finally add some fresh strawberries and blueberries on top.

  7.  Enjoy!
